    This is the Privacy Policy of Rhino Rush 3GS LLC in relation to data collected and processed by Rhino Rush 3GS LLC on its own behalf acting as a Business and Data Controller in the provision of its Site and associated services.

    This Privacy Policy applies to any information provided or collected through this Rhino Rush Site and/or any application, including any social media account or other Site which are provided by Rhino Rush 3GS LLC, a company registered in the State of Texas within the United States of America.

We also share personal data with vendors, resellers and distributors, service providers, affiliates, and business units when required by law and or for the fulfillment of any orders made.

    We may share personal data internally with teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Operations and Compliance to ensure your products and services are delivered in line with your purchasing agreement with us.

    • Vendors. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC may share personal data about you with the third-party vendors that make goods and services available through us. For example, we may share your personal data with a third-party vendor if you purchase or access a service or goods through us, or a Rhino Rush 3GS LLC reseller or distributor, and that vendor requires verification of purchase.
    • Resellers and Distributors. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC may share your personal data with the resellers and distributors that we supply to when you purchase through the Site. For example, we may share your personal data if you purchase goods that we provided through an approved reseller or distributor, and that reseller or distributor utilized our reseller tools and services.     • Affiliates and Business Units. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC may share your personal data with our partners regardless of whether these entities share the Rhino Rush brand.     • Sale or Acquisition of Assets. If Rhino Rush 3GS LLC transfers ownership or control of any portion of Rhino Rush 3GS LLC or the Site to an actual or potential buyer, whether in the context of an acquisition, merger, reorganization, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), we may transfer your personal data to that actual or potential buyer, provided that the use of your personal data by that third party remains subject to applicable law.
    • Other.  If you have asked us to share data with third-party sites (such as social media sites), their servers may not be secure. Note also that, despite the measures taken by us and the third parties we engage, the internet is not secure. As a result, others may nevertheless unlawfully intercept or access private transmissions or data.
  • CHILDREN’S DATA PRIVACY
  • The features, programs, promotions and other aspects of the Services requiring the submission of Personal Information are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe the child has disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us using any of the methods described in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 may review and request deletion of such child's Personal Information as well as prohibit the use of that information.

  • A “Cookie” is a piece of data stored by each user’s browser on your hard drive or device memory that contains information about the user of the computer or other internet-connected device. Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies that we use related to powering our store with Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. 

     

    Rhino Rush 3GS LLC uses Cookies to power and improve our Site and our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics and better understand user interaction with the Services (in our legitimate interests to administer, improve and optimize the Services). The Rhino Rush 3GS LLC marketing team may use cookies to track analytics on our Site traffic and visitors or for use in targeted advertising. We may also permit third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Site to better tailor the services, products, and advertising on our Site and other websites.

    Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends or other connections, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your respective locations (e.g., location data) to provide you with relevant content. We may also access information from social media providers about your use of the content that we run on their Site.

  • DATA RETENTION
  • By submitting your personal data, you agree to us transferring, storing, and processing that data. We will take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC keeps your personal data for varying amounts of time depending on the type of personal data collected, and where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, including customer services, processing product orders, making data-driven business decisions, maintaining appropriate business and financial records, complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, and resolving disputes. We keep some of your personal data for as long as you are our customer. For example, we keep your order history, payment information, account information (including product preferences), email address(es), and shipping and billing addresses. If you request, we may delete or anonymize your personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as (i) an unresolved issue related to your account, (ii) tax, audit, and accounting obligations, (iii) an unresolved claim, dispute, allegation or litigation, and (iv) mandatory data retention laws in the applicable jurisdiction including regulatory obligations to preserve data relevant to an investigation.
