These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Rhino Rush 3GS LLC and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity you represent (“You”) so please read them carefully. This Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. provides Rhino Rush 3GS with an online e-commerce platform that allows Rhino Rush 3GS to sell our products and services to you.
By accessing or using this Site You acknowledge that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and Rhino Rush 3GS LLC’s Privacy Policy, which explains how Rhino Rush 3GS LLC collects and shares the personal information and data you provide to Rhino Rush 3GS LLC, and Rhino Rush 3GS LLC’s Terms of Use. Rhino Rush Energy “Ephedra Powered” products contain approximately 200mg of caffeine per bottle. Rhino Rush Energy “Nootropic Powered” products contain approximately 250mg of caffeine per bottle. Both types of products contain levels of caffeine comparable to approximately two to three cups of the leading premium coffee. Limit caffeine and other stimulants to avoid nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Do not exceed recommended serving. Prices for Rhino Rush 3GS LLC’s products are subject to change without notice. Sale prices may expire and cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers Rhino Rush 3GS LLC is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in our catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.
Occasionally, there may be promotional codes offering complimentary shipping or various promotions and savings. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC reserves the right to change the availability of any such promotional codes at any time. Before finalizing the transaction, customers need to input the applicable promotional code as no discount or other promotion will be honored if the code is not entered during the checkout process. These codes cannot be utilized for past orders and must be within the specified active dates as displayed on the promotional banners.
- SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
These Subscription Program Terms (referred to as "Subscription Terms") establish the complete agreement between You, the subscriber ("you," "your," or "customer"), and Rhino Rush 3GS, LLC ("we" or "our") concerning your participation in our subscription program for Rhino Rush products.
Please be aware that your utilization of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with any other applicable terms, conditions, constraints, and prerequisites found on the Site. These policies, subject to any amendments over time, are integrated into these Subscription Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our subscription program, you are consenting to all of these terms. It is essential to carefully read and understand these Subscription Terms.

Rhino Rush Online, LLC reserves the right to modify subscription benefits at its sole discretion, including discount rates and the criteria used to determine these discounts. Any modifications will apply to future orders, including those within existing subscriptions.
In the event that any item in your order is unavailable on the intended shipping date, you grant us permission to fulfill your order with a comparable item that we, in our sole discretion, believe will align with your expectations.
- NOTIFICATIONS; AUTOMATIC ORDER CREATION
Upon selecting an eligible product and enrolling in a subscription, you will receive a notification confirming the creation of your subscription and the processing of your initial order. Subsequently, your subscription will automatically generate a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, unless you cancel any time before your next order is processed.
Ahead of each subsequent order's processing, you will receive a notice three (3) days prior to the order being processed. This communication will encompass details such as the estimated ship date, the final date for modifying your order, the shipping address, and an estimated price. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your subscriptions without prior notice. In such cases, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped prior to termination.
The cost of an eligible product within the Subscription Program will correspond to the item's price on the Site at the time your order is processed. The aggregate charge billed to your designated payment method for each subscription order will encompass the item's price, minus any applicable subscription discount, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax.
Payment for each Subscription Program order will be debited from the payment method you utilized when establishing your subscription. Should we be unable to finalize your order using the designated payment method, your order will not be processed. Our system will attempt to process your payment three (3) times before automatically deactivating your subscription.
Alterations to payment methods must be enacted by subscribers through their dedicated online account; Rhino Rush 3GS, LLC cannot effectuate such changes on behalf of subscribers. Your subscription will remain active until canceled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges to your payment method at any time prior to an order being processed. If an order is processed, please refer to our refund policy below.
To initiate cancellation, please access your account on the Site. In the event that you encounter difficulties canceling via your online account, contact us at info@rhinorush.com. The email should originate from the address linked to the subscription. If access to the associated email is unattainable, you may contact us through an alternative email address, furnishing as much order information as feasible for account identification.
- CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Rhino Rush 3GS, LLC retains the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Subscription Terms without prior notification to you. Should any amendment be deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, said change shall be severable and shall not impact the validity or enforceability of any of the other Subscription Terms. Continuing participation in the subscription program following amendment to these Subscription constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, the sole recourse is to cancel your subscription.
Payment is required upon checkout in order to complete any and all transactions. All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). Rhino Rush 3GS, LLC retains the right, at its sole discretion, to designate approved payment methods. Third-party debt collection is handled by the United Collection Bureau (UCB). You agree that if there is a billing dispute, to handle any billing disputes directly with us.
By submitting your credit card or alternative payment method, you affirm and ensure your authority to utilize the specified payment method, and you grant the third-party payment processor permission to charge the total amount of your order to your payment method, encompassing all relevant taxes and additional fees. In the event that the legitimacy of the provided payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable, your order may either be put on hold (pending legitimacy verification) or canceled.
You acknowledge that successful completion of a payment transaction requires: (a) your provision of complete personal, account, transaction, and any other necessary details; (b) the authorization of payment by your credit or debit card issuer; and (c) the acceptance of your payment. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your payment at any time, either by notifying you through your provided contact information or by displaying a notice when you attempt a payment. A payment may be canceled or your ability to initiate future payments may be curtailed for various reasons, including but not limited to: (i) any attempt to employ our services in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including card network rules; (ii) usage of our services in contravention of these terms; (iii) suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or improper payment-related activity; (iv) identification, at our discretion, of excessive disputes, a high rate of reversals, or an elevated risk of losses in your payments; or (v) failure to cooperate during an investigation or refusal to provide requested supplementary information.
Rhino Rush 3GS LLC uses the destination-based shipping cost calculator tool provided by the Site host, Shopify Inc., and offers shipping through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac for all domestic orders. Rhino Rush 3GS, LLC retains the right, at its sole discretion, to designate approved shipping methods. We make no guarantees about shipping time, however, our goal is to provide a shipping and handling time frame of 3 - 5 business days.
Rhino Rush 3GS LLC retains the right to charge additional or adjusted shipping costs in specific situations including, but not limited to, when a customer requests expedited shipping. You may be responsible for related fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, etc. associated with your shipments.
Rhino Rush 3GS LLC is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or natural disaster, carrier demand or disputes, domestic/international customs or embargoes, or seasonal shipping demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time.
Your satisfaction with Rhino Rush products is a priority for Rhino Rush 3GS LLC. If within 14 days of your order delivery, you are unsatisfied, your products are damaged, or if you want to process a return, Rhino Rush 3GS LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee. Instead of requiring you to return products, Rhino Rush 3GS LLC will provide you with a refund upon completion of our Refund Form and approval from our customer service team. Shipping costs may be included in the refund, at Rhino Rush 3GS LLC’s sole discretion, based on the circumstances of the refund request.
The Refund Form requires the following information to be submitted: First Name, Last Name, Email, Issue Description - Return or Damaged Product, Proof of Purchase (Sales Order or Invoice Number), and Proof of Issue (Attach a picture of the damaged product, etc.)
When submitting a refund request, please allow a processing window of 3-5 business days. Please be advised that excessive return requests may be declined at the discretion of Rhino Rush 3GS LLC. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund request that Rhino Rush 3GS LLC deems abusive or excessive.

Please promptly inform Rhino Rush 3GS LLC of any changes to your shipping address. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC is not responsible for lost orders that resulting from inaccurate shipping information supplied by customers. If we, at our sole discretion, determine that reports of lost packages or requests for re-shipment are excessive, an additional shipping fee may be levied for reshipping to the correct address.
Orders will be determined lost after 12 days from the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping provider for shipments inside the contiguous U.S. and 24 days for shipments outside the contiguous U.S. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC is not responsible for tardy deliveries arising, either wholly or partially, due to delays or actions by the shipping provider.

Rhino Rush 3GS LLC reserves the right to close a customer's account at any time if you violate the terms of this policy or for any other reason. Rhino Rush 3GS LLC also reserves the right to refuse business or service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Rhino Rush 3GS LLC does not, and will not, assume any obligation to notify You of changes to this Agreement.
You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent, or agreement You transmit through this Site, including but not limited to any consent You give to receive communications from Rhino Rush 3GS LLC solely through electronic transmission. You agree that when in the future, You click on an “I agree”, “I consent” or other similarly worded button or entry field on this Site, Your agreement or consent will be legally binding and enforceable and the legal equivalent of Your handwritten signature.
